Seismic Resistant Tower Project
This project was done in 2019, as a part of ESP1111(Engineering Principles in action) module offered by NUS. Me and my groupmates were presented with the task to construct a tower using only sticks of balsa and bass wood. The tower was then tested on a shake table, with varying frequencies, amplitudes, and increasing loads, to determine the performance ratio. Survival of the fittest!
